Rhys McIntyre is a native of the northwest suburbs of Chicago.  At a young age, Rhys started making movies with the family camcorder and hasn't put down a camera ever since.

Rhys has worked primarily in television at WCIU The U Channel 26 in Chicago.  His career began in the control room, manning several robotic cameras for the morning show, "You & Me This Morning."  Later on, he took on a position as a Content Producer, editing and shooting stories for the morning show.  ​

In his free time, Rhys enjoys Chicago sports (Cubs, Bears, & Bulls) and the Marvel cinematic universe.

Rhys resides in Schaumburg with his wife, 2 boys, 2 dogs, and 2 cats!
